Today, August 18, 2023, is a special day for Indeleble: Fundación ANDI (Asociación Nacional de Empresarios de Colombia) (National Association of Colombian Entrepreneurs) has recognized us as an “inspiring” company and a “great promise.” This acknowledgment fills us with pride and satisfaction and prompts deep reflection on what it means to inspire others—and how we are perceived when fulfilling that role.
It is essential to highlight that being a source of inspiration has been, more than a deliberate effort, a natural outcome of our indelible work. Understanding the power of inspiration brings with it a significant responsibility, but it also enables us to make conscious decisions that fuel the growth of our company and elevate the impact of what we do.
At this point, the inevitable question arises: What have we done in these nine years to deserve the title of “inspiring company”?
The inspiration we offer is rooted in genuine gratitude and transparency. Every step we’ve taken on our journey has been guided by an authentic desire to serve the stakeholders we work with. Every extra effort and additional task has been driven by the aspiration to make a meaningful impact.
Personally, as the general manager of Indeleble, this recognition fills me with joy. I see its reflection in small, everyday actions: in our Indeleble Talents team, who radiate passion and strive to create a positive impact with every new project; in the people who were once part of our team and still stay in touch—sharing stories of how we’ve influenced their lives, which serve as a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
From each client we work with—where 1+1 becomes greater than 2—to the farmers we’ve collaborated with, to every hug filled with gratitude, every enriching experience, or even something as simple as sharing a coffee, all of it stands as proof of what it means to inspire.
Being a source of inspiration is an ongoing commitment. It means leaving an indelible footprint on the lives of others through the small gestures and daily actions we take. Our team, friends and allies are joining this mission of creating a positive and lasting impact with every step we take.
